Rights and Responsibilities of Patients

If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. Patients who frequently miss appointments may be removed from the list.

Rudeness

The doctors and staff of Woodlands Medical Practice are not prepared to tolerate rude or abusive behaviour. Any such behaviour may lead to removal from our list and may be reported to Barnet CCG.
