Repeat Prescriptions
Requests must be in writing. You can use the request slip from your previous prescription, complete a form at the surgery, or write a note stating the name, strength, and quantity requested. You may fax it to us, or bring it to the surgery. Some local chemists will collect and deliver your requests. Please ask your chemist about this. Prescription can also be requested on the internet: ask a receptionist for details
Please allow two complete working days before collection. Prescriptions can be posted to you if you leave a stamped self-addressed envelope with your request.
